## In short

Capex: you own the assets and keep 100% of the savings. ESCO: jouleWise invests and is paid from the measured savings, with little or no upfront cost. Heat-as-a-Service: jouleWise builds, owns and runs heat pumps and storage on green electricity, and you pay per unit of heat at or below your fuel cost, or a fixed monthly fee. Electricity-as-a-Service: solar, wind and storage through long-term electricity agreements, paid per unit below grid tariff. Every engagement starts with a four-week energy assessment, followed by a proposal in weeks four to eight and implementation from about three months. jouleWise designs, finances, implements and operates, and stands behind the savings.
